Both. All workshops, coaching and guidance services are available online and in-person. Feel free to connect and we can discuss what may suit you best.

The 6 person minimum is to ensure a level of interaction as a small group is achieved. However, we can tailor the session based on your team size and needs. Email me to connect and we can work it out together.

Here’s breakdown of sessions in more detail.

The Coaching sessions are for career professionals looking for help and motivation with specific goal(s). Or, if you’re early in your career, this is also perfect for you!

Guidance is mentoring and works well for career professionals who have been in their role(s) for a while, looking to reconnect to their why/purpose, and would benefit from a solid sounding board that can provide clear, helpful practical tips.

Either approach adds immense value and could be just the thing you need to unlock and open the flow of thinking, putting you back in the driver’s seat.

To get started, 4 sessions are recommended. Depending on individual need(s), there’s of course opportunity to add on more as we know the journey is never linear.
